Our logo is a simple, imperfect flower, each petal unique, each line different from the next.
It’s designed this way for a reason.
Neurodiversity isn’t uniform. People aren’t identical.
And no one’s growth looks the same.
The petals represent the beautifully varied ways our minds work and experience the world.
They don’t match, because we don’t match.
And that’s not just okay, it’s powerful.
The whole flower shows that when these differences come together,
they create something complete and meaningful.
ABLE believes every individual is perfect in their own way,
and support should honour who you truly are, not who you’re told to be.

Introductory Consultation
A 30–45 minute first session where we discuss your goals, explore what support you’re looking for, and decide whether we’re a good fit to work together.

A flexible text-based service where you can share what’s on your mind and receive structured therapeutic responses within a dedicated one-hour messaging session.

Phone or Video call
A 1-hour live session where we talk through your concerns in real time. This format offers structured therapeutic support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
